Our New Year experience at this hotel was great! We loved the location, as it was close to the subway and tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. the room was very clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff, who provided excellent customer service during our stay.
We did have a few dislikes about the hotel. Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite small and the shower area was a bit dark, which made it difficult to see while showering.

Excellent staff service. Convenient location close to metro and attractions. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to Dayanta Pagoda.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that everything was spot on. The location is very convenient, as it is near a subway station and within walking distance to major attractions such as the Xian railway station and Emperor Qin's terracotta mouseleum. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff's English proficiency is limited, which can sometimes be a bit challenging for non-Mandarin speakers.

Celebrated the New Year in a hotel with a fantastic location! the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions. the room was spotlessly clean, and the staff provided excellent service. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and hot shower, which was essential in the cold weather. their breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of foods that satisfied our appetite.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as the staff struggled with English. It was also quite noisy at night due to the traffic outside, which made it difficult to sleep.
